Myself & family have been involved with Rugby League all my life, my Father Joseph Srama is a great insight for Players so talented but not taking opportunities (don’t live with regret), my older Brother Paul play QLD Cup & in the UK, Coach at Representative level & Coach QLD Cup, Talent ID Future NRL Players & Rugby League Management, my younger Brother Matt Srama play NRL at the Gold Coast Titans & with all those experiences first hand & my own at all levels and standards Globally & within every area in the game built the foundations for Srama Rugby League Recruitment, #SRLR #RECRUITS.

Myself being only 158cm I’ve always been an underdog growing up in the game but through those Pros & Cons I kept proving people wrong & moving forward in the game achieving as much as you can at all levels & standards Globally. I went on to play QLD Cup across a few Clubs (Intrust Super Cup now known) Win many Grand Finals across different levels & competitions, play multiple High Standard Competitions across QLD/NSW, Coach, Development & create Pathways through SRLR. Selected in Representative Teams City/Competition/Region/State/Country, achieve many awards, Captain/Coach Teams, NRL Signed, Captain my heritage Philippines Tamaraws to legacy Wins, play Overseas in Samoa/Tonga/NZ/Vanuatu/Thailand/Philippines & Play/Coach Competitions in USA, UK & Professionally in France & during those times create many connections & friendships & built reputations to create the Srama Rugby League Family.

Since 2013 a lightbulb idea in which assisted Emerging Nations, Struggling Clubs & Competitions, negotiate & assist the 100’s & 100’s of Players over the years opportunities that could only dream of playing, overseas or high standards or pathways or dream job. #SRLR has evolved to provide everything & anything for the Greatest Game Of All.
